The Foundation of Our Agreement
By accessing nutrizioneonline.it, you acknowledge that our digital platform provides strictly nutritional guidance based on biochemical data and lifestyle mapping. We operate as a high-performance advisory, not a clinical emergency provider.
Scope of Clinical Accuracy
Nutrizione Online provides data-driven nutrition protocols tailored to metabolic health and physical performance. Our methodologies, including Macro-Nutrient Precision, are designed to optimize physiological response but do not constitute medical diagnosis or the treatment of chronic disease. We do not provide clinical psychological support for eating disorders.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health history during the Introductory Intake phase. Any success in metabolic resetting depends on the precision of the data provided and the client's adherence to the authored roadmap.
Cancellation & Refund Authority
Due to the bespoke nature of our nutritional protocols, once the Protocol Delivery phase has commenced, services are non-refundable. Consultations must be rescheduled at least 24 business hours in advance.
- • Failure to attend a scheduled Virtual or In-Studio Consultation without notice results in forfeiture of the session.
- • Response windows for booked inquiries are guaranteed within 24 business hours, excluding Italian national holidays.

Article 3: Intellectual Property
All meal frameworks, substitution lists, and biochemical optimization educational materials delivered through the Performance Nutrition Protocol or Metabolic Foundation Plan remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nutrizione Online. Users are granted a personal, non-transferable license for personal health optimization only. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Article 4: External References
Nutrizione Online may reference third-party health guidelines or provide links to specific high-grade supplement providers. We maintain zero liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms. Your biochemical response to any suggested supplement is subject to your biological baseline and current medical profile.
Article 5: Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of nutrizioneonline.it or our consultation services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Rome.
Article 6: Electronic Communication
Booking notifications, protocol deliveries, and health advice are disseminated via email and our secure platform. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that [email protected] is white-listed to prevent delivery failure of time-sensitive nutritional protocols.
